The TDC Implant Centre have pioneered a method that allows you to be fitted for implants and receive your teeth in just one day, and with none of the traditional bone grafting that is usually required. TDC place only four rods in the jaw, currently the most technically advanced method in the UK; they are able to fit your implants in a day and with minimal discomfort.

TDC’s rods are digitally customised to each individual, and so TDC do not require any of the traditional bone grafting, as each rod is tailored to suit the unique elements of every patient. This is achieved through detailed Cone Beam CT scans that are taken in the consultation (along with study models and photographs) and then sent to the labs to create your implants and new smile.

Many people who have been told that they were not suitable for implants have been successfully treated utilising this method.

Dental implants look and perform like natural teeth and have become a treatment of choice for people whose teeth are missing or failing. Implants mimic your real teeth from the root to the whole tooth and so once you’ve had them fitted there is no need to treat them any differently. Also, if you are only having some implants fitted, they do not affect your healthy teeth at all, unlike bridges.
